Purchasing more than one gift is not a problem. If all gifts are being shipped to the same location they can be in the same order. If you would like us to ship a gift to another address, just do a separate purchase for that order. Gift Certificates are also available. Expedited Shipping:

Please e-mail us if you need express delivery options. We would be glad to rush your order to you, if possible.3-Day select, 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping options are available for all orders. When desiring these options and ordering online please note your shipping request in the comments section of the checkout page and you will be contacted with the additional shipping costs for your approval before shipment is made.


For International Orders:

International Orders-For the security of our clients and our family-owned business, our online shopping cart handles only U.S. addresses. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order our products, please email or call us directly so we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost and delivery schedule. Please note that we accept payment in U.S. dollars only.


Duty Charges:

Customers are responsible for any duty charges. We cannot estimate the amount of time your package will take to clear customs.




Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your order, be assured that with your assistance we will make every effort to resolve any problem quickly and easily. You, our customer, are most important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. You may return unopened items for a refund. Opened or used products may not be returned for the obvious sanitary reasons. For general returns, we will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer, less the shipping costs. We do not refund special order items. Please return the un-used items in re-sellable condition along with the packing and sales slips within 30 days after you received your purchase.

To ensure your returns are handled quickly and efficiently please be prepared to provide the order number, the invoice or sale number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow the instructions listed below.

1. Always inspect your shipment for any damage in transit.
2. If damage has occurred, notify our Customer Service Dept. If insured,contact the carrier directly.
3. Contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order to receive your return authorization.
4. No credits or returns will be allowed after 60 days.
5. All products must be returned in saleable condition to receive credit.

Order Damages:

We will replace items damaged during shipping and accept returns for items shipped incorrectly. We make an extra effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit if it is insured and because of the carrier’s fault, nor do we make damage claims for you.




Wholesale:

We welcome wholesale inquiries. A $100.00 minimum applies and a valid Resale ID is required. If you are interested in receiving information regarding wholesale purchases, please e-mail us at info@handmiadensgarden.com and we will contact you with the details of our wholesale policies. Once your Resale ID is received, we will set up an account for you and issue you an ID code for shopping on-line.




Special Orders:

We will try to honor all special requests to the best of our ability and time constraints. Please allow 6-8 weeks minimum for your custom order and expect to pay a surcharge. We would love to work with you to help celebrate your special occasion in an extraordinary way or promote your business by offering your customers and clients a distinctive line of goods. Think of the possibilities of using our beautiful products as favors and tokens of appreciation for any event you are planning or in a bed and breakfast or promotional event. We will help you create a customized product of distinction to memorialize any special event. We have customized products and labels for events such as family reunions, baby and bridal showers; birthday packages and wedding attendant gifts; in home spa party packages and bed and breakfast amenities. Free Samples:

I love free samples and wish I could continue this practice. However, with so many requests, I seem to find myself these days spending far too much time on packing and with rising shipping rates, it has become costly. Upon request, we will continue to provide a free sample or 2 providing the request is sent with an order. Our new sample charge is minimal- $2.50 for the first sample and $1.00 for each additional one (plus shipping).
